Coaching Agreement » Shamanic Coaching - Shamanic Healing - Spiritual Coaching - Shamanism Course

This agreement is made between Coach Leni Sharma and Client *

PAYMENTS *

The client agrees that they are responsible for making the appropriate payment/s by their due dates, regardless of whether they actually attend the scheduled sessions and regardless of whether they implement the coach's suggestions. To further clarify, no refunds will be issued and all payments must be made on a timely basis. If payments are not made on a timely basis, the coach reserves the right to place communication on hold.

SERVICES *

The services to be provided by the coach to the client are online coaching or tele-coaching, as designed jointly with the client. Coaching, which is not financial advice, health advice, therapy or counselling, may address specific personal projects, personal problems, business successes, or general conditions in the client's life or profession.

CANCELLATIONS *

The client and coach commit to an agreed 3 or 6 month coaching term; however if either party needs to cancel or postpone due to unforeseeable personal circumstances, the agreement may be paused for a period up to, but no longer than, 2 months.

CONFIDENTIALITY *

Anything the client shares with the coach is regarded as confidential. The coach will not undertake, at any time, either directly or indirectly use or disclose any information the client shares with her in a session. Likewise, any coaching or training materials the coach shares with her client is copyright material and may not be shared, duplicated or sold to 3rd parties, without the coach's consent.

COACHING RELATIONSHIP *

Throughout the working relationship, the coach will engage in direct and personal conversations. The client can count on the coach to be honest and straightforward in asking questions and making requests. The client understands that the power of the coaching relationship can be granted only by the client, and the client agrees to do just that: have the coaching relationship be powerful. If the client believes the coaching is not working as desired, the client will communicate that belief and take action to return the power to the coaching relationship.

AGREEMENT *
